(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No. 302, dated 28.09.2020, registered under Sections 376, 354-A, 354-B, 427, 457, 342, 506, 323, 148 and 149 of IPC, lodged at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1), and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 02.11.2020 (Annexure P-2), since the offence i.e. under Section 376 of IPC is non-compoundable and excluded from the category of offences which can be compoundable under Section 320 Cr.P.C., prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
