The petitioners pray for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct appropriate and fair investigation in FIR No. 211 dated 05.04.2025, registered under Section 109(1), 115, 333, 191(2) and 190 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station HTM Hisar, District Hisar.

The learned State counsel submits that the investigations are pending. Hence, no further directions are required to be issued in the present petition.
