Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner had applied for appointment to the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver in the General Category, however, had submitted a representation on 28.05.2018, Annexure P-10, followed by a reminder dated 29.07.2019, Annexure P-11, but the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation along with reminder dated 28.05.2018 and 29.07.2019 respectively, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
