Mr.Nitin Kumar, Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3.

*** AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) Written statement on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed and the same is taken on record. Copy supplied to the counsel opposite.
By this petition the petitioner has claimed that family pension originally granted to her on the death of her husband was illegally stopped. A preliminary objection has been taken that the matter is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to counter this argument.
In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. (AJAY TEWARI) May 26, 2015 JUDGE Sanjiv SANJEEV KUMAR 2015.05.28 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
