Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.81 dated 20.04.2025 registered under Sections 110, 333, 115(2), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot.

In compliance of order dated 09.06.2025, reply by way of an affidavit of Tarlochan Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Faridkot, Faridkot filed on behalf of respondent-State in Court today, is taken on record. As per reply filed, offence under Section 238 BNS was added vide GD No.17 dated 18.05.2025.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

Allowed as prayed for.
