Advocate General, Punjab. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 36 dated 22.03.2025 under Sections 326(G) of BNS and 61(2), 303(2), 317(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 and 3(A) of Explosive Substance Act added later on, registered at Police Station City Batala, District Batala.

It is informed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh that petitioner is cooperating in the investigation. However, it is informed that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is cooperating in the investigation, the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order.

This order shall also remain subject to the following condition:- i) During this monsoon season, the petitioner shall plant 10 saplings of indigenous plants at a public place and submit proof in that regard by way of photographs before the concerned Police Station where the FIR has been registered within a period of 15 days and if there is no such intimation submitted or intimation is found to be incorrect, then the State can move an application for cancellation of his bail.
