Learned State counsel submits that after completion of investigation, challan against the private respondents had already been presented before the Court and petitioner has remedy to approach the trial Court to seek addition of offences under Sections 307, 326, 452 etc. of Indian Penal Code.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
