******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 08.04.2022, vide which services of the petitioner were ordered to be regularized with effect from the date when his juniors were regularized.

Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in LPA-785-2022, vide which operation of aforesaid order has been stayed.

In view of the above, present petition is rendered as infructuous at this stage.
