There has been no compliance of the order dated 09.08.2023 till date. Infact, a statement has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that no amount has been paid towards maintenance despite filing an affidavit wherein it had been stated that the petitioner would make every endeavour to make the payments at the rate of Rs.5,000/- of the total amount of maintenance at the earliest pursuant to the order dated 02.11.2022. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the Family Court. Permitted to do so.
