(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for granting permission to the petitioner for going abroad i.e. Australia for 3 months in case FIR No. 0206 dated 23.12.2020 registered at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa under Section 498-A IPC (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the above said FIR stands quashed by order dated 05.07.2023 passed in CRM-M14472-2023 titled as 'Darshan Singh and another vs. State of Punjab and another' by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
