SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.226 dated 03.08.2020 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that some offences have been added subsequently and therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one.

Permitted to do so.
