* * * ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.110, dated 21.5.2019, registered under Sections 15/16/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

As per the case of prosecution, 35 kgs. of poppy husk was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the quantity recovered is non-commercial.

CRM-M-32747-2019 On the other hand, learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Khetu Ram, submits that the petitioner is accused in three more cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in State of Punjab.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant concession of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage and accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
