RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the impugned notice dated 19.12.2014 (Annexure P-5) issued by the Regional Transport Authority, Patiala-respondent no.1, petitioner has approached this court by way of present writ petition, under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length, after careful perusal of the record of the case and giving thoughtful consideration to the contentions raised, present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Regional Transport Authority, District Administration Complex, Patiala-respondent no.1 that he shall consider the comprehensive reply to be filed by the petitioner, in reply to the impugned notice dated 19.12.2014 GREESH SAHNI 2015.03.02 10:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
