In view of order passed in connected petition i.e. CWP No. 19667 of 2014, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek an appropriate remedy before the concerned authority.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any such representation/appeal is filed by the petitioners, same shall be disposed of by the concerned authority at the earliest, preferably within four months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
