(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 9 and further not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.4 to 9 or any other relatives. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representation dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P4) before respondent No.2 raising their grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. At this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners in a time bound manner. 3.
Notice of motion.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioners expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
