Learned counsel for U. T. Chandigarh submits that there is no threat perception from any of the official respondents. He further submits that the petitioner is accused in 6 FIRs in which 4 FIRs were registered at Haryana and 2 FIRs were registered at U.T. Chandigarh. 3.

Learned counsel for the State of Haryana also states that present petitioner is a habitual litigant who has filed many frivolous complaints against the police officials and there is no real threat perception to him. The petitioner even states that he requires personal PSOs to protect him.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. (
