Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction stagnation increment and fix the pay of the deceased husband of the petitioner and release the arrears of revised pay in pursuance to the revision of wage structure with effect from 1.1.2007 (Annexure P-1). Heard.

During the pendency of the petition, the amount of difference in gratuity on account of revision of pay scale and leave encashment have been released to the petitioner. In these circumstances, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
