The petitioner has made an application for setting aside the orders passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act to the Deputy Commissioner. The same has still not been decided. The petitioner claims to be a bona fide purchaser of the property allegedly secured in favour of the first respondentbank. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner, respondent No.3 to decide the applicationAnnexure P/22. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for interim reliefs before respondent No.3.
