(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to the respondent-State to conduct investigation FIR No.121 dated 01.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 3(5), 324(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 118(2) added later on, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda, in a fair and impartial manner and to arrest respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that while respondent No.5-Beant Kaur has joined the investigation on 06.07.2025, her brother Tarsem Singh-respondent No.6 has been declared innocent.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
