RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner while producing a copy of order dated 29.8.2017 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar vide which the petitioner was to retire w.e.f 31.1.2018 submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since retired on 31.1.2018. Ordered accordingly.
