Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 15.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No. 2, whereby petitioner was transferred from PHC Naushera Majja Singh (Gurdaspur) to Civil Hospital, Kapurthala.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representations dated 24.07.2022 (P-7/T) & 03.08.2022 (P-8/T) are decided expeditiously. In response to above, learned State Counsel raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner.
