Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, praying for quashing of FIR No.155 dated 22.06.2024 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 IPC, at Police Station HSIDC Barhi District Sonipat, alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 15.07.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner filed is a partial compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under law. 4.
