This is petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no.1 to 6 for taking appropriate legal action against the accused persons, especially against respondents no.7 to 10, on the complaint/application filed by the petitioner dated 27.07.2022 (Annexure P4) and 12.08.2022 (Annexures P-5 and P-6), in accordance with law, by registering case/FIR against the accused persons i.e. respondents no.7 to 10. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
