By way of present writ petition, petitioner - Panchayat Samiti, Patran, District Patiala, has challenged the award dated 18.12.2012 (Annexure P-5), vide which, learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, has ordered the reinstatement of respondent No.2 - Ram Narain (workman). 2.

Writ petition is pending before this Court since 2013. On perusal of the some of the orders passed previously by the Coordinate Benches of this Court, it is noticed that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 18.08.2018, 14.08.2019, 01.11.2019, 02.02.2023, 07.08.2023 and 07.10.2023 (just previous date).

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
