This is fourth petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 104, dated 06.08.2019, registered under Section 15, 18, 22 & 25/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
The third petition, filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed on 17.08.2020, with the following order:- "The petitioner prays for grant of bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No.0104 dated 06.08.2019 registered under Sections 15, 18, 22, 25/61/85 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter to be referred as "the 1985 Act") at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Criminal Misc. No. M- 37620 of 2020 was found in conscious possession of 110 Kg of poppy husk and 10 Kg of intoxicant powder. The petitioner was the only occupant of the car.
No doubt, the petitioner has been acquitted in four criminal cases, however, two more cases under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, are still pending. The recovery from the petitioner is of commercial quantity.
Hence, no ground to grant regular bail to the petitioner is made out.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed". In view of the above, no fresh ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge November 19, 2020 "DK"
