(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner on a query being put by the Court with regard to the status of the complaint filed before the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Palwal, vide complaint No.195, dated 24.10.2011, on 24th October, 2011 which was pending as mentioned in the list of events of the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same has since been withdrawn before filing of the present writ petition.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by appending the necessary documents and also furnishing better and correct particulars with regard to the payments etc. made from time to time. 3.
