Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the Court about the fact that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been blacklisted and, therefore, it would not be allotted the paddy for the purpose of milling.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order of blacklisting as alleged.
