The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.299 dated 02.04.2019 registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

By an order dated 07.08.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Satpal submits that the matter has been investigated and a cancellation report has been prepared. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the matter has been investigation and a cancellation report has been prepared, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 07.08.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
