During the pendency of this petition, the petitioner filed an application bearing CM-17156-2017 for the amendment of the writ petition in order to challenge the order dated 08.11.2017 whereby the request of the petitioner for allotment of paddy was rejected in terms of Clause 11 (H) of AMIT KAUNDAL 2018.12.03 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-23996-2017 (O & M) -2the Custom Milling Policy for the season 2017-18. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of this petition in order to challenge the order of rejection and also to challenge the provisions of the current policy in regard to the dis-entitlement of allotment of paddy.

Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection in this regard.
