In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to release the pensionary/retiral benefits of husband of the petitioner, who expired in the month of July, 2021. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for grant of retiral benefits of her deceased husband however, the respondents are not releasing the same. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has submitted various representations requesting the respondents to release the retiral benefits, however, no decision has been taken by the respondents till date. 3.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ petition be treated as a representation and direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

In view of above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. 7.
