-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for extension of parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.09.2020, which parole has subsequently been extended till today.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of parole for two weeks on the ground that the petitioner herein has to undergo angioplasty. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and find that no ground is made out for extension of parole as on date. There is nothing on record to substantiate the fact that the petitioner herein has to undergo the procedure as stated by the counsel appearing for the petitioner. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of three days from today before the competent authority. Needless to state that in case there is a requirement for medical intervention, the petitioner would always be at liberty to approach this Court. The instant petition is disposed of in above terms.
