MEHTA (ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that due to typographical error, petitioner No.1 has been mentioned as wife of Rahul Thakur instead of Vishal Thakur, in the array of the petitioners and similarly, respondent No.5 has also been wrongly mentioned as Meenu whereas her actual name is Manju Bala. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with correct/rectified particulars.
