Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of case FIR No. 90 dated 06.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 406 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as it is stated that the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 23.01.2024.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
