Petitioner alleges disobedience of order dated 04.03.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No.17501 of 2018. Reply by way of affidavit of Rajni Rana, President, Municipal Committee, Kalayat, District Kaithal, Haryana on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed in Court today. The same is taken in record. On the strength of the reply, it is stated by learned counsel for respondent No.2 that necessary payment along with the interest has been made.

However, counsel for the petitioner has disputed the said fact and submits that the interest has not been properly calculated and some more modification regarding the minium pay-scale revision also required to be done.

In view of the fact that necessary payment along with the interest has been made, this petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
