Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to renew the passport of the petitioner, which has already expired on 31.03.2019, without any further delay.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application for re-issuance of passport of the petitioner as unfortunately his father has expired in United State of America and thus, he intends to visit there. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
