(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to the official respondents No. 2 to 4 to immediately take action against the private respondent for illegally entering the premises owned by the petitioner society by breaking the locks and doors of the property. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation and direction to decide the same in a time bound manner be issued to the official respondent. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh representation to the competent authority -Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran. In case, such representation is filed then concerned authority to decide the said representation within 30 working days by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
