(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner in that he joined his service as Clerk in Haryana Roadways Kaithal on compassionate appointment as father of the petitioner expired on 22.09.1978 during the service and the petitioner has now completed 29 years of service with honesty and sincerity. Now the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.10.2015 to the department for retirement due to family circumstances, as wife of the petitioner is suffering from medical problem. Thereafter, a legal notice dated 15.12.2015 has also been submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents GAURAV ARORA 2016.02.17 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
