(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for extending the time for depositing the 20% amount in compliance of the appeal No.165 of 2023 arising out of the judgment dated 02/04.05.2023 passed in NACT Case No.489/2015 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate application before the Court below.
