By way of filing this petition, the petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberties in view of the fact that they are live-in relationship and are under eminent threats at the hands of respondents No.4 to 13. Petitioner No.1 - Rahul Yadav is aged about 23 years, whereas, petitioner No. 2 - Muskan Yadav is 19 years old. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had initially approached this Court by filing CRWP-7416-2022, seeking protection of their lives and personal liberty, and father, mother and uncles of petitioner No. 2 - Muskan Yadav, were impleaded as private respondents. Said petition was disposed of, vide order dated 03.08.2022 (Annexure P-4), directing respondent No. 2 - Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, to look into the grievances of petitioners, as set out in the petition and detailed in the representation, and then to take appropriate action as may be warranted by the circumstances.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further contends that subsequently parents of petitioner No. 1 alsofiled one protection petition, bearing CRWP No. 7984 of 2022, which was also disposed of vide order dated 24.08.2022, directing Superintendent of Police and SHO to provide protection to the petitioners therein.

By way of present petition, which in fact is third petition in the same matter, and second by the petitioners. Petitioners are again seeking protection of their life and liberty through police from respondents No. 4 to

13. This time petitioners submit that in the earlier petition there was threat from the parents and uncles of petitioner No. 2 - Muskan Yadav and after disposal of the first petition filed by the petitioners, vide order dated 03.08.2022 (Annexure P-4), another set of persons, i.e. respondent Nos. 8 to

13) have joined hands with private respondent Nos. 4 to 7, and started issuing threats to the life and liberty of the petitioners. Therefore, fresh cause of action arose to the petitioners to again approach this Court by way of present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that another representation, dated 16.08.2022 (Annexure P-6) has been addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh and Station House Officer, Police Station, Sadar, Narnaul (respondent Nos. 2 and 3 respectively). Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the police of District Mahendergarh ensures protection of their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents Nos. 8 to 13 as well. 5.

I have examined the record of the present case and have seen orders passed by this Court in earlier two petitions also. It is clear that

already a direction was issued by this Court on 03.08.2022 in CRWP-74162022 (Annexure P-4) and by way of present petition, petitioners are seeking repetition of same direction qua looking into their fresh representation dated 16.08.2022 (Annexure P-6).

Therefore, in view of already passed directions by this Court in CRWP-7416-2022, the present petition is also disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 - Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, to examine truthfulness of the representation dated 16.08.2022 (Annexure P-6), and thereafter, if situation warrants, appropriate remedial steps for ensuring life and liberty of the petitioners be taken.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
