(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would avail the appropriate, alternative and efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to her under law, to seek the redressal of her grievance as set-forth in this petition.
Mr. Iqbal Singh Mann, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has appeared on behalf of all the respondents in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection in the withdrawal of this petition.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
