In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the interim order dated 30.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.2 i.e. the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Panchkula, Haryana, in Election Petition No.EP/Coop.41/2026, whereby all financial and administrative decisions of the Bhigan Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Ltd., District Sonepat, have been stayed till the next date of hearing. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no interim order can be passed in an election petition. 3.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach respondent No.2 for vacation of the interim order passed on 30.04.2026 (Annexure P-5).
