JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner is working as Audit Officer in the Cooperative Audit Department. By filing the present petition, he is seeking a Mandamus for grant of proficiency step up on completion of 8 years of service from 30.12.1995 as also on completion of 9 & 14 years of service from 01.11.2006 as he remained without promotion.

The writ petition stands admitted vide order dated 03.2.2017.

In the meanwhile, an application bearing CMA No.3869 of 2017 has been moved praying for unconditional withdrawal of the present writ petition since the petitioner has been granted two promotions i.e Deputy Chief Auditor & Joint Chief Auditor after filing of the petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the said prayer.

CWP No.4948 of 2014 (O&M) #2# In view of aforesaid, present application bearing CMA No.3869 of 2017 is allowed and the writ petition bearing CWP No.4948 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn.
