Mr. Karan Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Learned counsel contends that petitioner is ready to make the payment on which default has been found by the bank. He submits that petitioner shall make a representation to the Bank to withdraw the notice under section 13(2) of the Act in light of circulars Annexures, P-1 & P-2. In view of above, we dispose off the petition with the observation that Bank shall be at liberty to consider the representation of the petitioner as per law. Same be decided within a week.
