Though an affidavit of the competent authority in terms of order dated 13.10.2021 has not been filed, learned counsel for the State has furnished copy of communication dated 05.12.2021 from respondent No. 1 to the learned Advocate General, Haryana giving details of arbitration applications pending adjudication, which are mentioned as under:- Cases pending as on 01.01.2020 Cases Institution during the period 01.01.2020 to 30.11.2021 Total Cases Cases decided during the period 01.01.2020 to 30.11.2021 Total cases pending as on 01.12.2021.

It is further mentioned that present petitioner has recorded a statement on 30.11.2021 that present writ petition would be withdrawn and time was sought by the petitioner for summoning of witnesses. It is mentioned by respondent No. 1 that best efforts are being made for early disposal of the RITU SHARMA 2021.12.09 10:44

CWP-21132-2021 -2arbitration cases but it is also the duty of both parties to conclude their evidence within time, though there is no mention of the opportunities, which have been sought by either of the parties to produce the evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage submits that he has specific instructions to withdraw this writ petition and he prays for the same. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, petitioners are permitted to withdraw from this writ petition. However, report be submitted by respondent No. 1 regarding progress of pending matters before the next date. Put up this writ petition on 31.03.2022 for this purpose.
