In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-7) by which the petitioner was not deputed to the lower school course, 2023 despite securing high marks. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the action of respondents in not deputing the petitioner to the lower school course 2023 is contrary to the rules.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-8) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
