As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-17567-2026.

The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.4Arbitrator cum Commissioner, Patiala Division to provide certified copy of order passed in MA No.143/25/NH/205K dated 24.07.2025.

CWP-17567-2026 and CWP-17562-2026 -23.

The petitioner filed a claim petition dated 24.07.2025 before Arbitrator-cum-Commissioner, Patiala Division under Section 3G (5) of National Highways Act, 1956 seeking re-determination and enhancement of compensation for land situated at Village Heeran, Tehsil Sahnewal, District Ludhiana which was acquired by respondent No.3-Competent Authority-cum-Land Acquisition Collector cum District Revenue Officer, District Ludhiana for widening of NH-205K vide Award No.67 dated 27.09.2021. The respondent finally heard the matter on 17.04.2026 and reserved for orders. She on 23.04.2026 applied for certified copy of order dated 17.04.2026. She has filed CWP-19949-2023 before this Court seeking release of compensation awarded on account of acquisition of land which is pending adjudication.

Learned State Counsel submits that respondent No.4Arbitrator-cum-Commissioner, Patiala heard the matter on 17.04.2026. The petitioner would be supplied copy of order passed by aforesaid authority within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petitions stand disposed of.
