This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to safeguard the petitioner's life and personal liberty; restraining respondents No. 2 and 3 from harassing the petitioner or taking any action against her at the behest of respondents No. 4 to 8 and directing respondents No. 4 to 8 to refrain from interefering with the petitioner's peaceful life.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, Haryana against private respondents No. 4 to 8 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, Haryana to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, Haryana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
