(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to respondent No. 2 - Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak to properly notify the number of vacant seats available in the petitioner - college in terms of the directions issued by the Government of Haryana as well as the Pharmacy Council of India. It is stated that the respondent No. 2 - University has itself cancelled about seven admissions and seven seats were already vacant and, therefore, fourteen seats are now lying vacant. But, the respondent No. 2 - University has notified the number of vacant seats as zero without taking all these facts which are being brought now into consideration. It is submitted that inspite of repeated directions issued by the Government of Haryana as well as the Pharmacy Council of India, the respondent No. 2- University is not doing anything.

Mr. Aditya Jain, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 - University, on advance copy, submits that they would take necessary action within two days and inform the petitioner - college in that regard latest by 11.10.2021 and in case it is found that there is a deliberate attempt to delay the matter by some individual officer, the respondent No. 2 - University shall also take necessary action against such officer, if so required. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 - University and taking the same on record, the writ petition stands disposed of.
