(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.316 dated 12.07.2020, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 379-B, 427 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Khol, District Rewari. On 12.11.2020, interim protection was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to join investigation and to abide by the conditions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Learned State counsel had also sought time to file RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2021.01.13 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-37540-2020 (O&M) specific affidavit to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Reply by way of affidavit of Mr.Hansraj, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rewari, District Rewari, has been filed in which it has been stated that in pursuance of orders passed by this Court the petitioner has joined investigation and has also suffered her disclosure statement and admitted her involvement in the present case and nothing has been recovered from the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ESI Narinder Singh, has submitted that since the petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated with the investigation process, no custodial investigation is required in this regard.

In view of the above stand taken by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 12.11.2020, is hereby made absolute.
