(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.9 dated 07.01.2021 registered under Section 395 of IPC an Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act (Sections 412, 201 and 120-B IPC were added later on) at P.S. Civil Lines, District Amritsar City. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as not pressed.

Considering the fact that charge in the present case was framed by the trial Court on 12.08.2021 and the trial is going on for the past more than two and a half year, the trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings.
